We want you to love Kessa. If you don't, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us at help@shopkessa.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — even if the bottle is opened. You don't need to ship anything back.

How to start a refund. Email help@shopkessa.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll handle the rest.

Refunds. Once approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email help@shopkessa.com (a photo helps) and we'll send a replacement or refund.
